Role Overview

AI Solutions Account Executive (Full remote) at A.Team. You will sell advanced AI solutions to Fortune 500 CMOs and their teams, owning complex enterprise deals from discovery to close. The role blends technical sales, strategic consulting, and enterprise relationship management.

Key Missions

Enterprise Sales & Pipeline Development

  • Own and lead enterprise sales cycles from initial discovery to close
  • Manage a pipeline supporting growth targets for deals typically $250K–$2M+
  • Lead enterprise deal orchestration across multi-stakeholder environments

Market Intelligence & Positioning

  • Become an expert in the CPG/Retail vertical
  • Understand marketing-led enterprise needs and translate market trends into compelling sales narratives
  • Build competitive intelligence and drive thought leadership

Collaboration with Solutions Partners

  • Partner with Solutions Partners / technical architects to design, scope, and close deals
  • Translate solution concepts into business value for client stakeholders

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years in enterprise technical sales, with success selling complex technical solutions (e.g., $500K+ ACV)
  • Familiarity with AI/ML, cloud platforms, enterprise SaaS, or professional services
  • Strong consultative/value-based/solution sales methodology experience
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
  • Understanding of data architecture fundamentals (e.g., data warehouses, CDPs, APIs, integrations, data governance)
  • Ability to lead technical product demos and collaborate with technical stakeholders
  • Business-level understanding of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, agentic systems, RAG, fine-tuning, and ML pipelines (coding not required)
  • Strategic business acumen: build business cases tied to client financials and strategy; converse with executives (CMO/CFO/CEO)
  • Experience managing 6–12 month cycles and complex enterprise procurement
  • Strong executive communication, storytelling, and written communication
  • High agency and ability to operate effectively with limited sales support

Nice to Have

  • Thought leadership and competitive intelligence experience in the CPG/Retail space
