Role Overview

HirePeaks Consulting is seeking a seasoned AI Solution Architect to lead end-to-end AI solution delivery, from ideation and PoCs through production hardening. The role focuses on using Generative AI in the context of Enterprise Content Management, integrating with modern CMS/DAM/content creation platforms to enable automated content lifecycles and hyper-personalized digital asset generation.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Own AI solution delivery from discovery → PoC → production.
• Define reference architectures for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), orchestration, and agents integrated with CMS and DAM.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Data, ML, Security, and Frontend teams to implement AI-driven content workflows following Microsoft best practices.

Governance & MLOps / Reliability & Security

• Conduct design reviews, threat modeling, and AIOps for reliability.
• Ensure security of enterprise intellectual property stored in content repositories.

Azure AI & Content Solutioning

• Architect using the Azure AI ecosystem, including:
  • Azure OpenAI
  • Azure AI Search (vector/hybrid; custom scoring/reranking)
  • Azure AI Foundry
  • Semantic Kernel
• Integrate AI workloads with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, or Optimizely and automated creation tools such as Synthesia.
• Translate business outcomes into blueprints, backlogs, and NFRs, ensuring data flow between Azure AI services and enterprise content hubs.
• Implement Responsible AI guardrails: content filters and safety policies for brand standards and legal compliance.

Presales & Customer Engagement

• Serve as technical lead for RFP/RFI efforts: effort estimation, Bill of Materials (BoM), and win themes.
• Lead ideation workshops and executive briefings on how GenAI improves content ROI.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years overall software/solution engineering experience; 5+ years at Architect/Principal level.
• Deep expertise in:
  • RAG architectures
  • LLM application design
  • Prompt engineering and grounding techniques
• Hands-on Azure experience with:
  • Azure OpenAI
  • Azure AI Search (custom scoring/reranking)
  • Azure ML pipelines
• Performance engineering skills:
  • token optimization
  • caching strategies
  • GPU/CPU sizing for high-scale generation
• Security & compliance grounding in:
  • Entra ID
  • VNET / Private Endpoints
  • data governance for sensitive enterprise content

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience integrating GenAI with enterprise experience/content platforms such as AEM, Sitecore, or Optimizely.
• Background in presales technical leadership (RFP/RFI) and customer workshops.
