Demodesk is looking for an AI Product Manager Intern to turn messy customer pain points into AI-driven solutions that ship quickly and create measurable impact.

Role overview

• Work at the intersection of product, design, and engineering
• Own a backlog of high-impact AI experiments
• Validate ideas using low-code/LLM tooling in weeks, not months

Responsibilities

Discover & scope

• Run quick user interviews and data dives to prioritize AI opportunities

Prototype & validate

• Build low-code / LLM-powered MVPs to test hypotheses rapidly

Measure outcomes

• Define KPIs, instrument dashboards, and decide whether to ship, iterate, or kill

Collaborate to production

• Partner with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to move successful experiments into production

Document & align

• Maintain PRDs, decision logs, and update teams via Loom

Explore new AI tools

• Trial emerging AI solutions (e.g., Claude, GPT-4o, open-source RAG stacks) and pitch novel use cases

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (e.g., Business, Business Informatics, or similar)
• Comfortable with at least one low-code platform and basic scripting
• Analytical mindset: can frame KPIs and explain insights using data
• Strong written and verbal English; thrives in async-first communication
• Passion for AI

Nice-to-haves / How to stand out

• Experience in startups or consulting
• AI prototypes / founder experience / hobby projects
• Evidence of killing a project after negative data
• Track record of shipping something users touched (course/hackathon/side project)
