AI Product Manager

Role Overview

As an AI Product Manager at EvenUp, you will lead the development of core AI models that power the company’s intelligence. This is a highly technical product role focused on training, optimizing, and evaluating models for truth extraction from complex legal and medical data.

Key Missions

• Lead development of core models powering EvenUp’s intelligence, focusing on model training, optimization, and evaluation.
• Own the strategic roadmap and tactical execution for core models.
• Drive domain-focused work such as entity extraction and entity linking in legal and medical spaces.
• Partner cross-functionally to manage the end-to-end model lifecycle from data curation through post-production monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, software engineers, and legal/medical subject matter experts.
• Research and apply emerging modeling techniques.
• Translate complex model metrics into clear business impact for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of LLMs, evals, RAG, agentic orchestration, and classical machine learning/statistics.
• Strong interest in hands-on model improvement and grinding for accuracy.
• Proven experience treating data quality as a first-class product, including building model-training pipelines.
• Ability to communicate model performance to business stakeholders.
• 5+ years of professional experience, with a strong emphasis on AI modeling or data science product growth.
