About the role
Role Overview
Samsara is hiring an Enterprise AI Product Manager (Business Technology) to own and scale its enterprise AI tool portfolio across non-R&D functions. You will drive how enterprise AI tools are evaluated, adopted, embedded, and scaled as a company-wide platform.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end adoption and go-forward strategy for Samsara’s enterprise AI tool portfolio (e.g., Gemini, Slack AI, Zoom AI, Glean AI, Claude, ChatGPT)
- Create and maintain the roadmap for each portfolio tool
- Design and run targeted pilots as needed
- Define and track quantitative success metrics, such as:
- usage
- time savings
- user satisfaction
- Drive phased, measurable rollouts across the company (across 9 functional business organizations)
- Act as product and integration owner for enterprise AI platforms:
- evaluate the enterprise AI tool landscape
- compare and position tools against each other
- drive key integrations into core business systems
- Partner with BizTech, Security, and Legal to operationalize:
- access
- licensing
- governance
Requirements
- Strong systems-thinking ability to move between portfolio strategy and hands-on product work
- Ability to close the gap between what enterprise AI can do and what the business actually needs
- Product ownership mindset focused on adoption, embedded usage, and measurable outcomes
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience partnering cross-functionally to implement AI governance, licensing, and access
- Experience running pilots, defining success metrics, and scaling programs across multiple business organizations
