Role overview
Lead and drive AI-powered product initiatives that improve both internal operations and user-facing experiences across crypto trading and portfolio analysis.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI-driven opportunities for internal operations and user experiences.
- Define AI product goals and build roadmaps for features that improve efficiency, insights, and overall user experience.
- Conduct user research, collect feedback, and translate insights into clear product requirements.
- Partner with engineers to design, develop, and iterate on AI solutions.
- Monitor product performance and user engagement, using data to guide continuous improvements.
- Stay up to date with AI technologies and industry trends to support ongoing product innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Quantitative Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI, data, or fintech products.
- Practical understanding of AI models (e.g., GPT, LLMs) and how to apply them.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building user-centric AI products.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building AI products specifically in crypto/trading or portfolio analytics contexts.
