Role Overview
Build end-to-end software using AI as a system (not just a chat interface). You’ll take full ownership from idea to shipped, working product, designing AI workflows, validation checks, and production quality improvements.
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of software you build (idea → shipped product)
- Design AI workflows and validation checks
- Ensure software quality through testing habits
- Monitor production performance and continuously improve the product
- Improve the way AI is used in your development process
Requirements
- Hands-on experience using AI as a system for end-to-end work with impressive results
- Strong testing habits and care for shipped quality
- Proficient SQL experience, including schema design and complex query writing
Nice to Have
- Experience with Ruby on Rails or other back-end languages/frameworks
