Role Overview

AI Native Fullstack Developer (m/w/d) for long-term, new projects built with an AI-first mindset from development through product idea. You’ll work in a team that values quality, collaboration, and continuous growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop software that creates real impact together with your team
• Engage directly with users and customers and translate real problems into clean solutions
• Deeply understand business processes and build software that improves them
• Use AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code or Codex) as a regular part of your workflow
• Challenge assumptions and try new approaches

Requirements

• Completed degree or training with relevant technical background
• At least 3 years full-stack experience
• Strong sense for clean architecture, maintainable code, and meaningful abstractions
• Experience working with real users and customers
• AI-supported development is central for you
• Familiar with Git, CI/CD, and Agile development
• First DevOps experience
• Independent, structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Language: German C1, English B2

Nice to Have

• Interest in innovative, non-standard enterprise approaches and building agentic/modern software systems
