AI/ML Engineer

Role Overview

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will design, develop, and optimize machine learning models that power mobile applications. You’ll partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to build intelligent, data-driven features that improve user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and optimize ML models for mobile app features
• Research and implement state-of-the-art AI techniques to improve user engagement and app performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate AI-driven solutions into applications
• Design and maintain scalable ML pipelines for model deployment and monitoring
• Analyze large datasets to derive insights and support data-driven decisions
• Keep up with latest AI trends and incorporate best practices into development
• Optimize AI models for mobile performance with low latency

Requirements

• 3+ years of AI/ML development experience (preferably for mobile applications)
• Proficiency in Python and TensorFlow and/or PyTorch (or other ML frameworks)
• Experience with deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and statistical modeling
• Familiarity with cloud ML services: AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices
• Experience deploying and maintaining ML models in production
• Ability to work in a remote team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and innovation mindset
