AI/ML Engineer (AI/ML Developer)

Role Overview

Design and implement intelligent AI agents powered by large language models (LLMs). Build secure, scalable, cross-platform agent systems and integrate them into applications and workflows, with a focus on safety/guardrails and continuous performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents using LLMs, planning algorithms, and decision-making frameworks.
• Build secure, scalable agents and integrate them into applications/workflows for robust deployment and improved user experience.
• Advance agent capabilities via research, evaluation, and safety/guardrail mechanisms.
• Optimize performance continuously using feedback loops, reinforcement learning, and user interaction analysis.
• Develop on Microsoft Azure, especially Azure Data and AI platforms (e.g., Databricks, Fabric, AI Foundry).
• Experiment with GenAI models and agentic workflows, contributing to intelligent security solutions.
• Collaborate across the stack to support backend services, model pipelines, and frontend interfaces.
• Prototype rapidly and iterate in a startup-style incubation environment.

Requirements

• Python and other relevant programming languages.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks/libraries (e.g., TensorFlow or PyTorch).
• 2+ years hands-on experience developing and deploying AI agents and machine learning models.

Nice-to-haves

• Strong experience with Azure Data & AI platforms (Databricks, Fabric, AI Foundry).
• Experience with agent safety (guardrails/mechanisms) and performance evaluation.
• Ability to support backend + model pipelines + frontend integrations.
