About the role

AI/ML Engineer (Remote)

Join Circula to design scalable data/ML infrastructure, build high-impact AI models, and deploy AI features into production.

Key missions

  • Design & implement scalable data and machine learning infrastructure to support model development.
  • Fine-tune and train models (including large language models) on proprietary data to achieve high accuracy.
  • Build observability & model management to ensure model and service stability, predictability, and transparency.

Profile / Requirements

  • Observability mindset: monitoring, evaluation, and transparency; design for stable and predictable model/service operation from day one.
  • Ownership: independent operation in ambiguous/uncharted areas; solution-oriented approach.
  • Communication: fluent and confident English; collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • System design: strong architecture skills to build scalable, reliable, maintainable services in fast-moving AI environments.
  • Hands-on Python: at least 3 years of experience building production-grade systems.
  • AI/ML background: strong experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering.
  • Cloud expertise: highly proficient in GCP or AWS; ideally experience with data engineering, distributed systems, or modern data platform components.

Nice-to-haves

  • Active use of AI tools to accelerate workflow and improve output quality.
