AI/ML Engineer

About the role

Join our fast-growing company as an AI/ML Engineer. In this role, you will design, train, and deploy machine learning models using AWS-native tools. You will collaborate with data engineers to build and maintain robust data pipelines, fine-tune and optimize models, and implement MLOps best practices. You will also work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into user-facing features and share your knowledge with the team. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of professional experience in ML engineering, data science, or related roles, and be proficient in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow. Key missions: Design, train, and deploy machine learning models using AWS-native tools, and collaborate with data engineers to build and maintain robust data pipelines.. Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining workflows.. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into user-facing features, and share knowledge with the team through code reviews and documentation. Profile: - Proficient in Typescript and React to help bring AI/ML features into the product - Hands-on experience with AWS services including SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions, S3, and DynamoDB - Familiar with containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps workflows - Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable explaining ML concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders - Proficient in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow - Solid understanding of data engineering concepts: ETL, batch/streaming pipelines, and data validation - Bonus: AWS ML certification or equivalent hands-on experience - 3–6 years of professional experience in ML engineering, data science, or related roles - Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and can deliver results with minimal oversight - Bonus: Experience with generative AI, LLMs, or advanced ML applications
