Role Overview

AI Innovation Consultant (m/w/d) You help customers in the problem space find the right questions early in AI projects—so the work can be built and delivered successfully. The role is hands-on, from first inquiry to a concept ready for implementation.

Responsibilities

Lead Solution Design Sprints: from research to facilitation through to the final solution concept.
Guide customers through uncertainty and moderate the path to buildable solutions.
Convert complex findings into a clear narrative/story and create presentations aligned with the right level for decision-makers.
Develop user-centered concepts and prototypes that the technical team can implement.
Provide occasional customer workshops or training when required.
Join pitches and proposals with the Managing Director (Frederic) and bring subject-matter depth.

Requirements

Experience with user-centered work, e.g. in Service Design, Product Design, UX, or innovation processes.
Strong ability to ask good questions and stay in the problem space before jumping to solutions.
Can clearly communicate complex results to decision-makers.
Comfortable engaging with customers: confident, takes a stance, and states what won’t work early.
A feel for what digital products look like and how they function.
First exposure to AI (or strong, honest curiosity to ramp up quickly).
Fluent German and good English (projects in the DACH region).
