About the role

Role Overview

Join Ema as an AI Implementation Engineer—a hands-on, post-sales engineering role responsible for delivering and stabilizing Ema’s AI solutions in customer environments. You’ll be a primary technical point of contact for customer stakeholders and work closely with internal teams throughout implementation.

Key Missions

Ensure technical delivery of Ema AI solutions from engagement through production deployment.
Configure, extend, and integrate Ema’s AI platform to meet customer requirements.
Write clean, efficient, maintainable code to build:
- customer integrations
- custom agents
- workflow extensions

Responsibilities

Lead technical implementation end-to-end, including production readiness, scale, and accountability.
Build and troubleshoot integrations, including debugging during go-live periods.
Translate complex business problems into feasible agentic AI workflows.
Communicate architecture decisions and progress clearly with both engineers and business stakeholders.

Requirements

5–8 years of relevant experience in technical implementation, post-sales/solutions engineering, or hands-on software engineering with significant customer-facing exposure.
Strong technical judgment and calm execution under pressure.
Experience deploying and operating software in multi-tenant SaaS environments.
Experience with distributed/global teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Understanding of security best practices and protocols for enterprise software.
Hands-on production experience with agentic AI / automation / LLM applications / workflow orchestration (beyond pilots).
Experience designing and building APIs and integrations across enterprise systems (e.g., REST, gRPC).
Experience with cloud and containerization, including AWS, GCP, or Azure and Docker/Kubernetes.
Strong backend engineering skills in Python and/or Go, with solid foundations (algorithms, data structures, OOP).

Nice to Have / Additional Signals

Working knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, Elastic, Redis, Clickhouse.
Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
Background in fast-growing startups or enterprise platform companies.
