About the role

Role overview

You will join Endor Labs as an AI GTM Engineer and lead the company’s internal AI transformation. Working closely with the CEO and executive leadership, you’ll identify high-impact AI agent and automation opportunities across non-engineering functions, then build, deploy, and drive adoption of AI-powered workflows.

Key missions

Identify high-impact AI agent and automation use cases across non-engineering teams.
Design, build, and deploy AI agent-based workflows and automations that solve business problems.
Lead change management to drive AI adoption, build trust, and shift team behaviors.

Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to define where AI can create leverage in business operations.
Execute a comprehensive adoption strategy so AI tools are successfully used in day-to-day work.
Build production-ready systems (not just prototypes) for real teams.

Requirements

Deep understanding of Go-to-Market operations, including:
- Sales, Marketing, BD, and BizOps workflows
- Enterprise sales cycle dynamics, pipeline mechanics, and where AI adds the most value
Builder mindset with startup DNA: comfortable with ambiguity, moving fast, and iterating.
Proven ability to build and ship AI-powered solutions in a business context (production systems).
Strong instincts for change management and driving adoption beyond deployment.
5+ years experience across software engineering, data science, AI/ML engineering, or technical operations.

Nice to have

Experience working across multiple business functions and translating business needs into AI workflows.
