About the role
Role Overview
Join Flosum as the first AI Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer in a builder role focused on architecting, deploying, training, and continuously optimizing AI agents and automation across the full revenue engine. You’ll report directly to the CEO and collaborate with revenue operations, sales, marketing, and customer success to make the GTM team dramatically more productive.
Key Missions / Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, train, and optimize AI agents and automation across the revenue engine.
- Build an AI-powered inbound qualification system that captures, scores, and routes website visitors and form fills in real time.
- Increase revenue-generating time per AE (from ~25% to 50%+), by automating:
- CRM hygiene
- Call summarization
- Follow-up sequencing
- Proposal drafting
- Pipeline updates
- Operate in a small, high-intensity team where you do the work and scale through automation.
Requirements
- Comfort operating in a ~$4M ARR company with a small, high-intensity team; ability to ship and iterate without relying on a large support staff.
- Strong Salesforce ecosystem familiarity, including DevOps, CI/CD, data protection, and compliance workflows (Salesforce admin not required, but buyer understanding is).
- Ability to write and maintain production integrations (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or equivalent) connecting AI agents to CRM/MAP/sequencing tools via APIs.
- Deep working knowledge of the modern B2B GTM stack, including:
- Salesforce (CRM + data hub)
- Marketo (or equivalent MAP)
- Outreach or Salesloft
- Gong or Chorus
- Real-time chat/qualification tools like Qualified or Drift
- Sound judgment on where AI should replace vs. augment human effort; strong awareness that bad automation can destroy deals.
- Ability to work with pipeline math and unit economics, translating revenue targets into required SQLs, conversion rates by stage, and the AI interventions that move those metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to build prompt libraries, training datasets, and refinement workflows for AI agents.
- Hands-on experience deploying and training AI SDR/BDR agents in a real B2B environment; deploying and iterating weekly for at least 90 days.
- Experience with AI agent orchestration (multiple agents by segment/function, resolving conflicts, preventing duplicate outreach, and maintaining data quality in Salesforce).
Nice-to-Haves
- Understanding of Flosum’s context around DevOps, CI/CD, and data protection workflows in Salesforce.
