About the role

Role overview

AI-Forward UX Designer working in an AI-first environment at a partner company. You will lead UX initiatives across multiple client projects, using generative AI tools to speed up ideation, prototyping, and research while shaping modern AI-integrated design workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UX design across client projects: discovery, user research, wireframes, prototypes, and design handoff
Use AI-powered tools (generative design platforms, Figma AI features) to create UI mockups, prototypes, and design assets
Conduct and synthesize user research using AI-assisted methods (interviews, surveys, behavioral data)
Apply design thinking and product thinking to define problems, map journeys, and validate solutions with stakeholders
Build and maintain scalable design systems, UI components, and documentation for consistency across projects
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and clients to deliver user-centered experiences
Present design concepts and rationale, explaining how AI-driven workflows improve efficiency and output quality
Contribute to and champion evolving internal design methodologies for AI-first UX

Requirements

3–7+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio of user-centered digital product work
Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily design workflows (prototyping, research analysis, or content generation)
Advanced Figma skills; familiarity with AI-enabled plugins and design acceleration features
Strong understanding of design thinking, product thinking, and human-centered design principles
Experience in agency/consultancy or multi-client environments
Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative research into actionable design decisions
Excellent communication skills; able to lead client-facing workshops or design reviews
Strong curiosity and experimentation mindset for adopting emerging AI technologies
