About the role
Role Overview
AI First Product Manager (Acquisition) responsible for end-to-end user acquisition—from first interaction to purchase. You’ll use data analysis and experimentation to remove bottlenecks, and leverage AI to accelerate insights, prototyping, and workflow automation.
Key Missions
- Own user acquisition across the funnel, from first interaction to purchase
- Identify acquisition bottlenecks using data and set up rapid experiments
- Use AI to speed up discovery and analysis of data
- Build automated workflows to scale acquisition efforts
Responsibilities
- Pull and analyze your own data to trace drop-offs to root causes
- Run A/B tests to validate growth and acquisition hypotheses
- Create and iterate dashboards (including AI-assisted dashboards)
- Think commercially: margins, trade-offs, ROI, and revenue impact
- Improve high-traffic pages by identifying conversion friction and value proposition gaps
- Use Claude with MCPs to accelerate insight before meetings and prototype faster
- Align stakeholders on commercial impact
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Manager experience with a focus on growth or acquisition
- Proven shipping experience (not just scoping)
- Strong analytical foundation; comfortable running SQL analyses
- Ability to translate insights into revenue impact
- Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
- Comfortable working in small, dynamic teams
Nice to Have
- Engineering background or a “heavy maker” mindset
- Familiarity with analytics/tracking tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, and Databricks
