AI Engineer (Applied AI)

Join Cyera as an AI Engineer to architect and deploy intelligent, production-grade AI systems that transform marketing operations.

Responsibilities

Architect and deploy scalable AI systems focused on applied AI for marketing operations.
Design, integrate, and operationalize AI systems within the marketing and revenue technology stack.
Build LLM-driven workflows and AI-powered applications.
Establish AI governance and reliability standards for production use.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Engineering to translate business requirements into scalable AI applications.

Requirements

4+ years of software engineering or AI engineering.
Strong software engineering fundamentals.
Python and SQL proficiency.
Experience building LLM-powered applications and automation systems in production environments.
Experience deploying and maintaining systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Ability to integrate systems via APIs, webhooks, and event-driven frameworks.
Experience with LLM APIs, vector databases, embeddings, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
Strong system design, security, and reliability understanding for distributed systems.

Nice to Have

Experience with marketing/revenue tooling such as:
- Marketo (or HubSpot / Pardot)
- Salesforce (CRM architecture, objects, workflows, APIs)
- Tableau (or Looker / Power BI)
- Clay (data enrichment and outbound automation)
- Snowflake / BigQuery (or similar warehouses)
- Segment (or other CDPs)
- Zapier / Workato
- Outreach / Salesloft
- Reverse ETL tools (e.g., Hightouch, Census)
- dbt (or modern data transformation frameworks)
Familiarity with marketing lifecycle management, attribution workflows, lead routing logic, and revenue operations processes.
