AI Engineer

Role overview

You will build and ship AI agents and client-facing systems in a hands-on delivery role. You’ll own features end-to-end, working closely with the client team to shape what gets built and delivering it through the full arc from proposal to production.

What you’ll do

• Take features from idea/proposal → production, then iterate based on real usage
• Build AI agents and integrations that connect to clients’ own data and systems
• Collaborate directly with client project managers and engineers
• Maintain high quality with testing, monitoring, and guardrails

Project lifecycle

• Proposal → Proof of Concept (PoC) → Beta → Production

What we look for

• 2+ years of production engineering experience
• Excellent Python and at least one other modern programming language
• Curiosity about applied AI with a strong bias to ship
• Clear communicator comfortable working closely with clients
• Enjoys inclusive teamwork and collaboration with people from diverse backgrounds

Nice-to-haves / role fit

• Comfort with both client-facing consulting and production software engineering
• Ability to read, interpret, write, and test production-level code (not research-only)
