AI Engineer (Remote)

Join 360Learning to help lead the company’s AI strategy and build next-generation AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

Architect and ship AI systems from prototype to production.
Own the technical strategy for AI features while collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering.
Make architecture decisions as the scope scales (from 5 to 10+ AI features).
Prototype and deliver advanced capabilities and bring them into production.

Requirements

Strong ability to design and deliver AI systems end-to-end (prototype → production).
Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (product/design/engineering).
Ability to make scalable architectural decisions as AI feature count grows.

Nice-to-haves

Experience scaling AI products and workflows across multiple features in production.
