About the role

Role Overview

You will join DataSnipper as an AI Design Engineer, bridging design and engineering to help UX and product teams ideate, prototype, and ship faster. Your work will support an AI-enabled product and design team and improve the overall AI-driven design workflow.

Key Missions

Facilitate collaboration between design and engineering to streamline prototyping and development.
Create and maintain AI design environments and tools to enhance the design workflow.
Contribute to the AI software development lifecycle (SDLC), specifically for design-related steps.

Requirements

Experience working with Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI tools for design/engineering.
Interest or experience in AI-driven workflows and tools.
3–5 years of experience in design engineering, frontend development, or a similar role.
Proactive mindset; passion for enabling others and improving workflows.
Experience with modern design and prototyping tools.
Strong understanding of design systems and frontend architecture.
Ability to bridge design and engineering and communicate effectively across teams.

Nice-to-haves

Deeper experience in AI SDLC processes for design steps and building/reinforcing cross-team AI collaboration channels.
