About the role
Role: AI Chatbot Product Manager
Own the product planning, design, delivery, and promotion of Binance’s customer service (CS) chatbot platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution for the CS bot management platform, including:
- knowledge base
- chat flow
- ticket center
- Use big data and AI to improve CS operational efficiency, such as:
- corpus training
- SOP design
- assistant reply generation
- case summaries
- Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, and CS operations to achieve product objectives.
- Monitor and review CS bot KPIs and user cases regularly to generate insights and drive improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Product design experience specifically with CS bots.
- Strong communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong data analysis and user insight skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Location / Work setup
- Anywhere in the world (work-from-home arrangement may vary by team/work nature).
