About the role

Role: AI Chatbot Product Manager

Own the product planning, design, delivery, and promotion of Binance’s customer service (CS) chatbot platform.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution for the CS bot management platform, including:
    • knowledge base
    • chat flow
    • ticket center
  • Use big data and AI to improve CS operational efficiency, such as:
    • corpus training
    • SOP design
    • assistant reply generation
    • case summaries
  • Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, and CS operations to achieve product objectives.
  • Monitor and review CS bot KPIs and user cases regularly to generate insights and drive improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Product design experience specifically with CS bots.
  • Strong communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong data analysis and user insight skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Location / Work setup

  • Anywhere in the world (work-from-home arrangement may vary by team/work nature).
