AI Architect - Remote

Role Overview

Join the engineering team to help build and scale recruiting technology powered by AI. You’ll work hands-on with Zara, an AI Recruiter model, designing and delivering next-generation AI systems that help companies identify and engage talent.

Responsibilities

• Architect & develop scalable AI model and infrastructure systems using Python and AWS
• Advance multimodal AI by integrating LLMs and multimodal capabilities (text, audio, video, visual inputs) into core platforms
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, research, and engineering to turn requirements into robust technical solutions
• Build and maintain APIs using LangChain and FastAPI (for performance and interoperability)
• Drive research & innovation by keeping up with AI advancements and adopting cutting-edge multimodal approaches

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• Proven experience with Python and building systems in AWS environments
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, LangChain, and multimodal AI frameworks
• API development experience using FastAPI, Flask, or similar
• Strong independent problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher
• Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, or guiding teams
• Contributions to open-source AI or published research
• Familiarity with GPU programming/optimization for deep learning workloads
