AI Architect

Role overview

CRB Workforce is seeking an AI Architect to define and scale the company’s AI architecture and deliver production-ready AI solutions. This is a full-time, direct hire role with remote (US) location and $200K/year salary plus full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Define overall AI architecture, including tools, standards, governance, and patterns for agents and workflows
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and redesign workflows for AI enablement
• Build and deploy AI solutions from concept to production, including LLMs, agents, RAG, and integrations
• Establish best practices for security, responsible AI, and auditability
• Act as a player-coach: hands-on early while setting foundations to scale a team

Requirements

• 7+ years in full-stack engineering and/or architecture
• Strong mix of hands-on development, architecture, and strategy
• Consulting background
• Experience building AI solutions: LLMs, agents, workflows
• Strong in APIs, integrations, and distributed systems
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Comfortable working with stakeholders (e.g., whiteboarding and presenting)

Nice-to-haves

• Experience implementing AI governance and audit frameworks
• Prior delivery of end-to-end AI platforms and scalable architectures
