About the role

Role Overview

As an AI and Automation Engineer at Articulate, you will build and support AI-powered workflows and automations that improve team operations. You will work closely with IT, Security, and business stakeholders to deliver automation that reduces manual effort, improves decision-making, and scales.

Key Missions

Design and build IA/AI-driven workflows and automations to improve team efficiency.
Collaborate with IT, Security, and business teams to ship automation that reduces manual work.
Build AI-enabled tools, agents, and workflows to boost employee productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience with automation platforms, integrations, or related technologies, including Workato.
Experience contributing to the delivery of technical projects in a team environment.
Strong communication skills; can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to embed AI into automated workflows across multiple systems.
Hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions.
Experience with enterprise-scale, event-driven automation.
Familiarity with data security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, or Jira.
