About the role

Role Overview

AI Accelerated App Developer (TLI Mobile Engineer) Full-time mobile app developer responsible for AI-accelerated delivery of React Native applications and acting as the primary maintainer (“Go-To Expert”) for live lead-generation mobile apps.

Responsibilities

React Native development: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain mobile applications using React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Node.js.
AI-accelerated architect workflow: Prompt for entire features, spot hallucinations/security issues/anti-patterns, and safely integrate AI-generated code.
Frontend/UI expertise: Implement user-friendly UX/UI using strong UI/UX principles; rapidly generate polished UI with AI-driven tools (e.g., Lovable/v0/FigmaMake).
Live maintenance & incident response: Serve as the primary responder for production incidents affecting lead-generation apps; proactively improve monitoring/awareness of live mobile issues.
Release & deployment: Build and deploy to App Store (TestFlight) and Google Play; maintain documentation for build and deployment.

Requirements

Strong React Native expertise.
Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Cursor) as a coding partner (not just autocomplete) to accelerate feature creation.
Critical evaluation skills to detect hallucinations, security vulnerabilities, and anti-patterns in AI-generated code.
Fast prototyping and ability to ship marketing experiments in hours/days.
Excellent English speaking and writing.

Nice-to-haves

Strong UI/UX sensibilities and experience generating polished front-end components using zero-to-UI tools.
Experience acting as primary maintainer / go-to expert for production apps.
