AI Accelerated App Developer

Role Overview

AI Accelerated App Developer (Full-Time) at Together Light Incorporated. You’ll build and maintain React Native mobile apps using an AI-first development workflow, acting as both a fast-moving builder and the go-to expert for the live app ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• React Native development: Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain TLI mobile applications using React Native with JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
• AI-accelerated “architect” workflow: Prompt for whole features, identify AI hallucinations/security issues/anti-patterns, and safely integrate code into the codebase.
• Frontend/UI/UX expertise: Implement user-friendly UX/UI designs, using AI-powered UI generation tools (e.g., FigmaMake / Lovable / v0). Optimize for multiple screen sizes.
• Live production ownership: Be the primary responder for production incidents impacting lead-generation mobile apps; improve monitoring and awareness for mobile app live issues.
• Maintenance & documentation: Review and maintain documentation for building and deploying apps.
• Deployment: Build and deploy to App Store (TestFlight) and Google Play.

Requirements

• Strong React Native expertise with the ability to prototype and launch marketing experiments quickly.
• Proven ability to use AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Cursor) as a junior coding partner, shifting from manual coding to reviewing/orchestrating features.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code to catch hallucinations, security vulnerabilities, and anti-patterns.
• Strong UI/UX sensibility and ability to generate polished front-end components.
• Excellent English communication (speak and write).

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience supporting lead generation and running marketing experiments via mobile apps.
• Comfort owning apps from prototype to production and collaborating with owner review for major decisions early on.
