About the role
Role overview
As an Agility Lead for the Corporate Sector – Infrastructure Platforms – Data Protection team, you will champion adoption and continuous improvement of Agile practices across teams. You’ll use your expertise to mentor and coach teams on product development methodologies, enabling collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach teams to adopt and implement Agile methodologies; promote open communication and continuous improvement aligned with organizational goals
- Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate delivery insights and operational planning (e.g., synthesizing metrics/impediments), including validating outputs and following data sensitivity requirements
- Use advanced facilitation and stakeholder communication skills to influence decisions and communicate organizational impediments to leadership
- Develop and execute short-to-mid-term operational and transformation plans; prioritize work, manage resources, and achieve product goals using metrics and evidence-based decisions
- Identify trends and generate ideas to help develop policies and best practices in the discipline
- Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted continuous improvement (e.g., standardizing templates and lessons learned) with human review and alignment to delivery standards
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience (or equivalent) in a relevant domain, with a strong focus on coaching teams/individuals in Agile and project management
- Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI in coaching/delivery workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity
- Ability to review and validate AI-assisted insights/recommendations before use and escalate when uncertain
- Advanced knowledge of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices
- Proficiency with Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, workflow configuration, and reporting; use Jira insights to drive transparency and continuous improvement
- Advanced knowledge of Agile delivery and approaches including Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP) and scaling frameworks; ability to monitor Agile metrics and guide teams through complex projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
Preferred qualifications
- Formal training/certifications in Agile coaching (recognized coaching certification)
