Agile Scrum Master Consultant

Role Overview

Centric Consulting is hiring an Agile Scrum Master Consultant (W2T) to support and enable high-performing Agile teams. You’ll serve as a servant leader and coach, helping teams and stakeholders apply Agile practices to improve collaboration, transparency, and delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies across one or more delivery teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Partner with Product Owners and delivery teams to drive value-focused sprint execution and backlog prioritization
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices, promoting accountability, experimentation, and continuous learning
• Use metrics (e.g., velocity, throughput) to improve performance and predictability
• Remove impediments and escalate risks to maintain delivery momentum
• Establish and reinforce effective team processes, workflows, and working agreements
• Protect teams from external disruptions while promoting transparency across stakeholders
• Support organizational efforts to scale and mature Agile capabilities

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience as a Scrum Master (or similar Agile delivery role)
• Agile certification(s) such as CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent
• Strong experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, and/or scaled Agile)
• Hands-on experience with agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and/or Confluence
• Proven ability to coach teams and stakeholders in a practical, context-driven way
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to influence across teams and organizational levels
• Servant leadership mindset focused on ownership and team success
• Ability to provide clear, timely, transparent feedback

Travel / Work Setup

• Remote with up to ~10% average travel
