Role overview
Broadcom is seeking an Agile Leader to lead and support software development teams in delivering continuous value. The role emphasizes Agile coaching, continuous improvement, and the ability to operate effectively as a Scrum Master, helping teams become self-organizing, high-performing units.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coach teams to become self-organized, high-performing, and sustainable; promote a healthy, collaborative environment.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying enhancement opportunities, facilitating feedback loops, and guiding implementation of changes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and other leaders) to align goals and priorities.
- Remove roadblocks to keep teams focused on delivering value.
- Use Agile metrics and data to make decisions and improve performance (e.g., flow metrics, velocity, cycle time).
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Champion Agile practices across teams and contribute to cross-team collaboration.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in an Agile Software Development environment (or related field).
- Subject matter expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
- Experience working in and coaching agile environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent).

- Strong change management experience and ability to foster a growth mindset.
- High-impact facilitation and coaching skills to build trust and alignment.
