Agile Delivery Specialist (Scrum Master)

Role Overview

Agile Delivery Specialist (Scrum Master) for RF-SMART’s Products group in the US East Office (Jacksonville, FL). This role guides and motivates software development teams to deliver product outcomes and impact the company’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Apply and coach teams on Agile methodologies; ensure the process is followed
• Support 2–4 Agile development teams
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies/meetings to ensure full team engagement
• Document and communicate team expectations; investigate problems and drive resolutions
• Remove impediments and drive team-oriented collaboration
• Track and report on team KPIs
• Create work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports
• Coordinate with product leadership on deadlines, throughput metrics, and roadmap progress
• Recommend and oversee process improvements
• Provide expert guidance on Agile and Product leadership principles
• Advise/coach newer team members; analyze complex business/system processes and develop innovative solutions
• Influence others through strong communication and diplomacy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• CSM or PSM I certification preferred
• 2+ years in a related technology role; subject-matter expertise in the field
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum
• Strong organization and written/verbal communication skills
• Previous experience leading/managing business processes in a SaaS model preferred
• NetSuite experience desired (not required)
