About the role

Role Overview

Agile Delivery Lead (Remote, CST or EST) with quarterly travel. You’ll drive delivery excellence across multiple teams by orchestrating quarterly planning, improving execution discipline, and ensuring clarity, alignment, and predictability in delivery.

Responsibilities

Plan and facilitate quarterly planning events across the organization
Align priorities, capacity, and sequencing with Product and business leaders
Manage cross-team dependencies and risks
Coach teams on Agile practices, backlog readiness, and delivery discipline
Support Product Owners in outcome-focused planning
Facilitate key Agile ceremonies while promoting accountability
Maintain Jira dashboards and ensure reporting accuracy
Provide leadership with clear visibility into delivery health
Identify and drive process improvements with measurable impact

Requirements

5+ years in Agile delivery roles (Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar)
Experience leading large planning events such as PI planning or quarterly planning
Ability to coach multiple teams simultaneously
Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication skills
Deep experience with Jira reporting and dashboards
Scaled Agile experience (e.g., SAFe)
Agile certifications preferred: CSM, PSM, ACP, or SPC

Nice to Have

Experience in financial services or insurance
