About the role

Agile Delivery Manager

Lead technical delivery focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence for a healthcare-focused organization.

Responsibilities

Provide consulting to internal business groups on process improvements
Analyze and document client requirements and system logic
Monitor client feedback to identify enhancements for business applications
Identify and develop cost-effective systems to meet business needs
Coach teams on Agile best practices and facilitate quarterly planning
Improve backlog quality and increase progress visibility

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in technology and Agile leadership
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
Experience with Azure DevOps for Agile reporting and planning
Proven track record coaching teams through Agile transformations
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to influence and drive change without formal authority

Location & Compensation

Remote (US-based candidates only), no visa sponsorship
$100,000 – $130,000 annually
