About the role

Role: Agile Delivery Lead (Remote)

An Agile Delivery Lead supports leadership and Agile teams with project management for major initiatives. You will partner closely with the Falcon Complete team to manage agile processes, oversee progress and timelines, and coordinate prioritization and tracking across teams and business units.

Responsibilities

Translate technical and business strategy inputs into plans, priorities, and actionable roadmaps
Coordinate multiple projects from planning through delivery; ensure process alignment and stakeholder participation
Manage project risks and dependencies; track progress and reinforce accountability to deliver on schedule
Define and lead operational cadences (Agile ceremonies, roadmap checkpoints, and leadership/executive reporting)
Ensure end-user demos and training are delivered for impactful process/workflow changes
Create and report team and project metrics
Produce user-centered communications and timely updates for technical and business audiences (announcements, project updates, documentation)
Triage incoming tickets: prioritize, assign, and maintain a structured backlog aligned to quarterly objectives
Remove Agile/project blockers (e.g., tickets for access, timely status updates)
Support Falcon Complete’s Agile maturity journey and drive continuous process improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally and advocate for Agile/project teams
Administer Jira workflows and automation within Falcon Complete Jira projects

Requirements

5+ years’ experience as a Program or Project Manager
1+ years’ experience delivering projects involving AI and emerging technologies
Advanced knowledge of Atlassian tools, including Jira and Wiki
Strong grasp of Agile methodology and project/portfolio management fundamentals
Ability to explore customer problem spaces and address needs through documentation
Excellent audience analysis plus strong written and verbal communication
Ability to explain complex topics clearly and drive meaningful interactions
U.S. citizen or Green Card holder; must pass additional background/fingerprint checks as required

Bonus Points

Experience with technical audiences, cybersecurity, and startups
Experience as a Jira global and/or project admin
Project Management (PMP or similar) and/or Agile methodology (e.g., CSM or similar) certifications
