About the role

Role Overview

Joveo AI is hiring an Agile Coach (Remote) to accelerate agile maturity across engineering and product teams. You will coach at the organizational level—working with teams, leaders, and processes—to build a delivery culture that is adaptive, collaborative, and continuously improving.

Key Responsibilities

Coach multiple teams and leaders on agile mindset, values, and practices
Design and facilitate agile transformation workshops and training programs
Assess team and organizational agile maturity and define improvement plans
Introduce and tailor scaled agile frameworks where needed (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale)
Partner with engineering leadership to align delivery processes with business outcomes
Measure coaching effectiveness using team health, velocity, and delivery quality metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications

Extensive experience as an Agile Coach across multiple teams
Deep expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS
Strong executive coaching and organizational change management skills
Ability to influence senior leadership and drive cultural change
Track record of measurable improvements in delivery and collaboration

Nice-to-Have

Relevant certification such as ICP-ACC, SAFe SPC, or equivalent (strongly preferred)
