About the role

Role Overview

Enterprise Agile Coach / Portfolio Transformation professional to join an enterprise transformation team for a property & casualty insurance organization. You will partner with executive leaders to improve governance and strategic planning, and to mature Agile delivery across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with business and technology leaders to support enterprise Agile and portfolio transformation initiatives.
Facilitate enterprise planning and governance processes (e.g., quarterly planning, governance reviews, cross-functional planning sessions).
Coach leaders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Agile teams on best practices and organizational maturity.
Support portfolio governance, prioritization, intake processes, and alignment of execution across multiple initiatives.
Improve Agile forecasting, capacity planning, and delivery planning processes.
Drive organizational change through coaching, facilitation, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify dependencies, remove obstacles, and improve delivery outcomes.
Promote Lean and Agile principles and help mature enterprise operating models.

Requirements

Experience as an Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer (RTE), Product Owner, Program Manager, Scrum Master, or similar Agile leadership role.
Experience supporting Agile transformations and organizational change / enterprise delivery initiatives.
Exposure to portfolio governance and enterprise planning processes (including PMO governance).
Experience facilitating executive meetings, planning sessions, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration.
Familiarity with Agile forecasting, capacity planning, OKRs, prioritization, and/or value stream concepts.
Strong communication, coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar Agile management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Insurance or other highly regulated industry experience.
SAFe certifications (RTE, SPC, SASM, POPM, etc.) or other Agile certifications.
Experience with Lean Portfolio Management or enterprise transformation initiatives.
