Agile Coach - Health Care

Role Overview

Senior Agile Coach for hospital and healthcare systems. You will mentor and facilitate key stakeholders across the IT organization to adopt and continuously improve Agile practices, with specific experience guiding Agile adoption for Epic-related workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and development teams on Agile mindsets and delivery practices
• Facilitate adoption and continuous improvement of Agile practices across IT organizations
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and help foster high-performing teams
• Apply Agile process to Epic-specific workstreams and processes
• Work closely with senior leadership and influence technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 7 years in Agile coaching or enterprise Agile transformation
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and delivery practices, including:
  • Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
• Recent high-level experience with Jira/Confluence Cloud
• Strong facilitation and mentoring skills; proven success coaching teams and Agile roles
• Strong communication and influence skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Epic experience required
• Agile-related certifications are a plus (not required)

Location & Travel

• Remote for residents in Eastern or Central Time zones
• Occasional travel to the New York City metropolitan area
