Agile Coach

Role Overview

As an Agile Coach, you will guide teams and organizations in adopting and implementing Agile methodologies, improving execution while enabling teams to deliver value more rapidly and predictably.

Responsibilities

• Training & Coaching: Train teams on Agile principles and practices and help them apply Agile and Scrum.
• Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Facilitate ceremonies such as Big Room Planning, Scrum of Scrums, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Build a culture of continuous improvement, identify impediments, and remove obstacles to Agile adoption.
• Mentoring & Development: Mentor Scrum Masters and other team members with guidance and feedback.
• Collaboration: Partner with teams, leadership, and stakeholders to align Agile practices with business objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in an Agile environment.
• Professional certifications in Agile frameworks and/or product management (required).
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.
• Strong knowledge of project management practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written), attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams.

Preferred / Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Power BI, Azure DevOps, and Atlassian Suite.
• Familiarity with AI/LLMs/generative AI (e.g., copilots and related tooling).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technology leadership, management, vendors, and support teams.
