Agile Coach

Role Overview

360 IDE is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to guide teams and leadership in adopting and scaling Agile practices. You will work closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders to improve delivery efficiency and ensure teams effectively utilize Jira.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and leadership on Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Drive Agile adoption and continuous improvement across multiple teams
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
• Assess Agile maturity and provide actionable recommendations
• Configure and customize Jira workflows, boards, dashboards, and reports
• Define best practices for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking
• Build and maintain Jira dashboards for real-time visibility and project health metrics
• Support Jira integrations with tools such as Confluence and CI/CD systems
• Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to refine backlog and prioritize work
• Align Agile practices with business goals
• Coach on Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown, cycle time)
• Identify bottlenecks and improve delivery efficiency
• Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master
• Strong, hands-on Jira expertise (administration, configuration, reporting)
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean
• Experience coaching distributed/remote teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile KPIs and metrics
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Confluence and the Atlassian tools ecosystem
