Role Overview

Director of Product Management for Salesforce’s new Partner Security, Governance, and Guardrails Platform. You will define and execute product strategy for services and tools that keep partner-deployed technology secure, safe, compliant, and predictable—especially AI agents—while empowering ISVs to innovate with AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for platform services and tools that ensure partner-deployed technology remains secure, compliant, and predictable.
• Build and scale an end-to-end suite of platform products, including:
  • Permissions application
  • Agent learning
  • Data governance
• Own the full product lifecycle for key platform services such as:
  • Partner guard services
  • Partner security assistant
  • Action restriction policies engine
• Work closely with partners to support safe innovation with AI.

Requirements

• Deep domain expertise in enterprise security, trust, identity, and data governance, plus platform product management.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and agentic architectures (e.g., LLMs / generative AI) and their security/compliance challenges.
• Proven track record delivering greenfield enterprise/platform products from zero to one.
• Practitioner experience with analytics tools; Snowflake is a plus.
• Experience working with ISVs, partner ecosystems, or B2B developer platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• 10+ years of progressive product management experience, including Director-level (or equivalent) leadership.
• Ability to lead complex architecture discussions with engineering and translate them into clear, customer-centric requirements.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on analytics tool experience with Snowflake.
