About the role

Role Overview

AEM Architect for a long-term contract supporting San Francisco Bay Area clients (remote within the Bay Area).

Responsibilities

Provide architectural leadership and solution design for Adobe AEM implementations.
Drive enterprise application architecture and integration patterns.
Apply secure coding practices and sound software design principles (OOP, design patterns).

Requirements

Adobe AEM experience 6.0+ (prefer AEM 6.3).
15+ years of overall experience.
7+ years of J2EE programming experience.
CMS technologies experience 2+ years.
Hands-on with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX.
Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services.
Knowledge of Sling, Spring, Struts, or MVC frameworks.
Experience with unit testing and automation tools.
Familiarity with secure coding practices.
Experience with Apache, Tomcat, and web/application servers.
Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns.

Nice-to-haves
