Adobe Workfront Developer

Role Overview

Adobe Workfront Developer (Remote) You will configure, administer, and optimize Adobe Workfront solutions for enterprise clients, translating business and functional requirements into scalable configurations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workfront components including:
  • Dashboards, reports, templates
  • Request queues, custom forms, workflows
• Implement and manage process automation:
  • Automations, approval paths, intake processes, and governance standards
• Perform Workfront administration:
  • User setup, permissions, groups, and data governance
• Evaluate and improve existing client Workfront instances for optimization and process enhancements
• Support integrations and light automation development using Workfront Fusion (or similar tools)
• Document technical configurations and contribute to internal and client-facing documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (consultants, architects, product owners, stakeholders)
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, estimation, user acceptance testing)
• Deliver user enablement materials, documentation, and technical handoffs
• Provide configuration quality assurance and ongoing instance maintenance

Requirements

• 3+ years of Adobe Workfront experience
• Workfront Core Developer certification (preferred)
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integrations
• Strong communication skills

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion (or comparable automation/integration tooling)
