About the role

Role overview

Adobe Workfront Developer (Fusion) for a large financial services organization undergoing a marketing operations and workflow transformation. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role focused on designing and automating enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities

Design and develop Workfront workflows, templates, and approval processes
Build Workfront Fusion (scenarios) to automate and integrate systems across the business
Create and customize reports, dashboards, and request flows
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine requirements
Support delivery across the lifecycle from discovery to implementation
Drive user adoption, training, and continuous process improvements

Requirements

Strong experience with Adobe Workfront (developer or advanced admin level)
Hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion / automation
Ability to build complex workflows in structured enterprise environments
Experience with APIs / integrations
Strong stakeholder engagement skills

Nice to have

Experience in financial services, insurance, or large enterprise environments
Adobe Workfront certification
Marketing operations or digital transformation experience
Agile / Jira experience
