Account Manager

Role Overview

Account Manager (Remote, United States) at Phox Health. You’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of health system customer accounts, ensuring they succeed with the Phox platform while identifying opportunities to grow existing partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts from onboarding through renewal.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare customers and act as their main point of contact.
• Run regular business reviews and provide strategic recommendations.
• Proactively manage customer health, resolve escalations, and drive satisfaction and retention.
• Identify growth opportunities via upsell and cross-sell.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Customer Success to deliver a strong customer experience.
• Collect customer feedback and collaborate internally to continuously improve products and services.

Requirements

• 2+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Success, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience managing B2B customer relationships across the customer lifecycle.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms and customer reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service quality.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with health systems, HealthTech, healthcare SaaS, pharmacy, or healthcare logistics.
• Experience conducting customer business reviews and presenting performance metrics.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
