Account Manager, Partnerships

Role Overview

Account Manager, Partnerships is a full-time salaried client services role supporting relationships with key clients and partners. You will serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned partner accounts, driving retention and growth while ensuring program success.

Primary Responsibilities

• Own partner and account relationships for a defined portfolio with responsibility for:
  • ≥97% retention
  • >1% year-over-year upsell growth
• Partner with clients to identify health and wellness program needs; consult on best practices for solutions and setup
• Champion accounts internally to execute the client vision and keep deliverables on track throughout the program year
• Manage program performance both internally and externally, including:
  • setting benchmark goals
  • building and following project plans
  • problem resolution
  • comprehensive communication strategies
• Coordinate the Wellness Program with other client benefit components (e.g., EAPs, disease management, onsite clinics)
• Build and maintain an understanding of Marquee’s product suite within the healthcare benefits landscape
• Act as a product expert, including the ability to provide training for all user types
• Represent Marquee in client presentations, onsite meetings, and/or health fairs

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree
• 2+ years in healthcare, employee benefits, or insurance account management
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective speaking and communication skills
• Self-motivated, driven, highly organized, detail-oriented, team player with a can-do attitude
