Account Manager

Role Overview

Account Manager to own the owner experience throughout the leasing process. You will be the primary point of contact, keep client files moving, maintain tight execution from start to finish, and ensure strong client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Act as the owner’s main point of contact during leasing.
• Deliver a white-glove client experience.
• Drive execution across the workflow:
  • Confirm readiness
  • Gather missing information
  • Coordinate next steps
  • Prevent delays
• Provide proactive, time-sensitive updates so owners always know what’s happening and what’s next.
• Manage multiple clients/files simultaneously with urgency and accountability.
• Collect, track, and maintain documentation according to company process.
• Maintain accurate CRM records (notes, tasks, follow-ups, and stage movement).
• Escalate issues early to protect client satisfaction through sound judgment.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of account management experience (required).
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients/files at once with consistent follow-up.
• Strong communication skills and confidence handling client issues.
• High process discipline and comfort working within a structured CRM workflow.
• Calm under pressure; able to prioritize in a high-volume environment.

Nice to Have

• Leasing / property management / real estate operations experience.
• Experience in high-volume, SLA-driven service environments.
• Comfort using AI/tools to improve documentation, reporting, and internal efficiency.

Remote / Tech Requirements (Mandatory)

• Dual monitor setup
• Computer with 16GB RAM minimum
• 100+ Mbps reliable internet
• Webcam
• Noise-cancelling headset

Compensation

• Performance-based compensation with potential to earn approximately $45,000–$50,000+ CAD annually based on performance. Full details provided during the interview process.
