Account Manager

Own the owner experience throughout the leasing process—keeping files moving, maintaining client confidence, and ensuring execution stays tight from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the owner’s main point of contact during the leasing process and provide a “white-glove” client experience
• Drive execution across the workflow: confirm readiness, gather missing information, coordinate next steps, and prevent delays
• Provide proactive, time-sensitive updates so owners always know what’s happening and what comes next
• Manage time-sensitive items with urgency and strong communication
• Collect, track, and maintain documentation according to company process
• Keep CRM records clean and current (notes, tasks, follow-ups, and stage movement)
• Escalate issues early to protect client satisfaction and ensure timely resolution

Requirements (Must-Have)

• 3–5+ years of account management experience (required)
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients/files simultaneously with consistent follow-up
• Strong communication skills and confidence handling client issues
• High process discipline and comfort working in a structured CRM workflow
• Calm under pressure, able to prioritize in a fast, high-volume environment

Nice-to-Haves

• Leasing / property management / real estate operations experience
• Experience in high-volume, SLA-driven service environments
• Comfort using AI/tools to improve documentation, reporting, and internal efficiency

Remote Tech Requirements (Mandatory)

• Dual monitor setup
• Computer with at least 16GB RAM
• 100+ Mbps reliable internet speed
• Webcam
• Noise-cancelling headset

Compensation

• Performance-based compensation with an opportunity to earn approximately $45,000–$50,000+ CAD annually (full details shared during interview).
