Account Manager

Role Overview

Account Manager responsible for providing account management services and consulting to Marpai clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and consult a book of business of Marpai clients
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and consultants to ensure satisfaction
• Monitor and uphold service level expectations and represent Marpai as best-in-class
• Interpret Marpai’s ongoing reports and provide recommendations to clients
• Drive business renewals and effective renewal outcomes within the book of business
• Partner with operations teams to resolve elevated service issues
• Stay current on industry trends and act as a subject matter expert
• Travel across the US to meet client/broker sites as needed
• Keep accurate and timely CRM updates and communicate proactively

• Strong client satisfaction and high renewal rates
• Timely delivery of strategy plans and reporting
• Retain/expand revenue, increase product adoption, and minimize escalations
• Effective cross-functional collaboration

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of account management experience with results in the TPA or benefits industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Ability to follow up and complete tasks/resolutions timely and effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility in schedule to meet client demands and deadlines
• Knowledge of broker and consultant channels and competitive market dynamics
• Working knowledge of TPA operational functions, including Stop Loss
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Active State Health agent license preferred
• 4-year college degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

Travel

• Expected to travel for client meetings around the country as required
