Role Overview

Account Manager (100% remote)

Join Keeper Security’s B2B sales team to grow revenue within an established named-customer base in cybersecurity—helping customers maximize the value of Keeper’s solutions.

Responsibilities

Own and achieve assigned account revenue goals/quotas (meet or exceed sales targets)
Build and maintain executive-level relationships, including Senior Management and C-level contacts
Drive expansion opportunities within named accounts (cross-sells and upsells)
Negotiate contract renewals and support licensing discussions
Run a structured account cadence: relationship management, solution presentations, issue troubleshooting, and deal closing
Lead or support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align business and technical goals
Advise customers on password-related security best practices and breach prevention
Manage portfolio success across the customer lifecycle to ensure consistent value delivery
Resolve customer issues independently or in collaboration with other Keeper teams; troubleshoot product challenges as needed
Use account management best practices, track industry trends, and operate as a cybersecurity advisor
Perform data-driven portfolio reviews and analysis
Drive customer advocacy (references, referrals, and case studies)
Occasionally participate in Sales/Marketing calls or webinars as a product expert

Requirements

Experience selling into SME and/or Enterprise accounts
Proven account management/sales performance with the ability to identify new and expansion opportunities
Ability to troubleshoot and demonstrate deep knowledge of Keeper solutions and password management concepts (when resolving customer issues)

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with technical QBRs and establishing business/technical goals with customers
Familiarity with customer procurement practices for negotiating licensing contracts
